These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VIREON AIwebsite and platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

About the Service

VIREON AI provides property energy intelligence tools including property profiles, assessments, reports and related guidance for property owners, landlords, investors and organisations. Features available to you depend on your subscription or purchased products.

Accounts and organisations

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation owners and administrators may invite team members subject to role permissions.

Purchases and payments

Prices, taxes and product availability are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, fees are for the described deliverable or service period. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and applicable consumer rights — contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights
• Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data or disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious code or misleading property information
• Resell or misrepresent VIREON AI outputs as certified professional advice

Intellectual property

The Service, software, branding and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. You retain ownership of property data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

AI-generated and estimated outputs

VIREON AI uses automated analysis to produce estimates, summaries and recommendations. Outputs are for information and decision-support only. They are not formal EPC certificates, certified surveys, engineering approvals, financial advice or guarantees of savings, EPC improvement, property-value change or grant eligibility. Independent professional assessment may be required before undertaking works or making investment decisions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIREON AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
